General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between
Dein Seelenfunke - Nadine Hurler, Schlehenweg 37, 65321 Heidenrod-Watzelhain,
(hereinafter "Provider") and the customer ("Customer") regarding the booking of coaching, consulting, or support services on the website www.dein-seelenfunke.com, which are provided exclusively online.
2. Services
The Provider offers coaching, consulting, and personal support exclusively online via Zoom.
The exact content, dates, and duration of the sessions are determined from the respective offer on the website or through direct contact with the customer.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded by booking the service via the website or by email and the subsequent confirmation by the Provider. By completing the booking, the customer accepts these GTC.
4. Remuneration and Payment Terms
The prices for the services offered are stated on the website and are final prices.
Payment is made in advance using the payment methods offered (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
The appointment reservation is only binding after full payment has been received.

5. Conduct of the Sessions
Coaching or consultation sessions will take place online at the agreed time.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the technical requirements (e.g., stable internet, camera, and microphone) are met. In the event of non-appearance or failure to attend without timely cancellation (at least 24 hours before the appointment), there is no right to a refund or rescheduling.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the provider of their decision to withdraw by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email). Note on premature expiration of the right of withdrawal:
If the service is fully provided within the withdrawal period at the express request of the customer, the right of withdrawal expires (Section 356 (4) BGB).
7. Cancellation and Rebooking
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
In the event of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, the full amount is due.
The provider reserves the right to reschedule appointments for important reasons (e.g., illness, technical failures). In this case, an alternative date will be offered promptly.

8. Disclaimer
The coaching and consultations are intended for personal development and do not constitute therapy or medical advice. The provider assumes no liability for decisions made by the client based on the sessions.
Liability for damages is excluded unless they are based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of the provider.
9. Confidentiality
All session content and personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties unless legally required to do so.
10. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the provider.
